Cardio Dance
A fun and sweaty workout. From salsa, to whining, merengue and bachata, you won’t even realize you’re working out with this fun cardio dance.
Barre
Barre is a low impact, strengthening, lengthening and toning class. Barre includes light cardio (optional), ballet, yoga and pilates moves. All you'll need is a chair (for balance support) and light 1-3 lbs hand weights.
Total Body Workout
This total body workout will include weight lifting & plyometric exercises. You'll need hand weights from 5-12lbs or heavier and room to move around.
